What Is an Area Trauma Center?

An Area Trauma Center is designated by the Wyoming Department of Health and demonstrates the ability to provide coordinated trauma care through specialized teams, resources, training, and regional partnerships.

The Area Trauma Center designation recognizes Cody Regional Health's commitment to providing advanced emergency and trauma care for communities throughout Northwest Wyoming.
