Cody Regional Health Financial Services
Cody Regional Health offers several discounts for patients who pay their
account in full within a certain amount of time from the date when they
- Accounts with no insurance, paid in full at time of service or within 15
days of service, will receive a 15 percent discount.
- Payment in full within 30 days of date of service will receive a 10 percent discount.
- Payment in full within 30 days after the first statement will receive a
10 percent discount on the remaining balance.
If there is a difference between your final bill and the estimated amount,
the applicable discount will be extended for an additional 30 days on

We accept most major credit cards and will bill your insurance and/or Medicaid
and Medicare for you.
If you cannot pay your bill within 90 days, we have arranged patient account
financing, through a lending agency in Cody. For more information regarding

888.854.7855. We also encourage you to contact your financial institution, as it may
be able to offer better terms. We are happy to work with you to keep your
account from being sent to collections, but accounts must be kept current.
As prices for services are changed periodically, it is the policy of Cody
Regional Health that all patient requests for price quotations should
be forwarded to the Patient Financial Services manager.
The Patient Financial Services Manager will then gather as much information
as possible to give an accurate quote. The Patient Financial Services
manager will also inform the patient of other possible costs regarding
services and/or procedures.
It is possible to not be able to provide quotes for some procedures or

Financial assistance is available for all Cody Regional Health services
except Long Term Care and Cedar Mountain Center inpatient services. To
be eligible for financial assistance, your household income must be at
or below the federal poverty income guidelines and you must have exhausted
all other means of assistance.
If you think you could be eligible for financial assistance, please contact
Cody Regional Health Patient Financial Services within six months of receiving
service. The staff will inform you of the requirements that must be met
prior to your application for assistance.
You must apply to Medicaid to be considered for financial assistance.
Cody Regional Health Cedar Mountain Center Financial Assistance
Being a hospital-based organization, Cody Regional Health Cedar Mountain
Center accepts most insurance policies, especially group plans that provide
coverage for alcoholism/chemical dependency treatment. Cody Regional Health
Cedar Mountain staff is happy to verify coverage prior to admission.
In the event that a patient is self-pay, a down payment is required with
arrangements made at admission with the Cody Regional Health business
office for payment of the balance. The per-day cost includes lodging and
food, as well as group and individual counseling from the Cody Regional
Health Cedar Mountain addiction counselors. Patient history, physical
exams and psychological evaluations will be performed at an additional fee.
