Cody Regional Health Home Health provides care for patients in the home setting within a defined service area, including Cody, Powell, Meeteetse, Burlington and Ralston. Home health services are for patients who need attentive care and have trouble leaving home on their own. Home health professionals can help patients maintain a regular schedule, perform daily activities, and take care of dietary needs.
Nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You or your loved one may receive care from a team of home health professionals who work together to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.
Staff includes the following disciplines:
- Registered nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses
- Certified aides
- Medical social workers
- Occupational and speech therapists
- Physical therapy
- Registered dietitian consults

- Intravenous therapy

Our team monitors a patient’s progress and condition, doing all in their power to improve quality of life and help patients maintain independence. We can also assess whether or not the patients would benefit from more advanced care services as they age. Our goal is to give everyone, patients and loved ones, peace of mind knowing that a medical professional is close by to help with any urgent medical needs.
