Peter Sidor, MD

Dr. Peter Sidor is a board-certified pediatrician and owner of the local pediatric practice who has cared for children and families throughout Cody and the Big Horn Basin for the past 10 years. He is also a former Cody Regional Health physician and earned an MBA to complement his medical training.

Dr. Sidor and his wife have made Cody their home, where they are raising their three children. As both a physician and a parent, he understands how important it is for families to have access to exceptional healthcare close to home. He believes that strong local healthcare not only improves health outcomes but also strengthens the community by allowing families to receive the care they need without traveling long distances.

Prior to joining the West Park Hospital District Board of Trustees, Dr. Sidor served as Chair of the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Department and as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Cody Regional Health. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the past three years and is passionate about preserving and expanding access to healthcare in Northwest Wyoming while ensuring the hospital remains financially strong and positioned to meet the evolving needs of the region. He values collaboration between physicians, hospital leadership, and the community to keep high-quality care local whenever possible.

When he is not caring for patients or serving on the Board, Dr. Sidor enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything Wyoming has to offer, including hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors.
