Joseph (Joe) Cunliffe, MHA
Administrator, Long Term Care Center
Joe Cunliffe serves as Administrator of the Cody Regional Health Long Term Care Center, where he leads operations with a focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered care while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. He brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospital operations, with a proven track record of improving quality outcomes, strengthening financial performance, and building high-performing teams.
Before joining Cody Regional Health, Joe served as Senior Project Manager and Business Transformation Manager for Prisma Health–Blount Memorial Hospital in Tennessee, where he led strategic initiatives to expand access to care, improve operational performance, and support the successful integration of Blount Memorial Hospital into the Prisma Health system. Prior to that, he served as Administrator of the Blount Memorial Hospital Transitional Care Center, leading daily operations, quality improvement efforts, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided healthcare organizations through periods of growth, organizational change, and operational transformation.
Joe earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Wyoming, Tennessee, and California and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Project Management Institute.
Joe and his wife recently celebrated 20 years of marriage and are raising their four children. Their family is grateful to call Cody home and enjoys being part of the community while living closer to extended family. Joe is committed to preserving and advancing the tradition of exceptional care at Cody Regional Health's Long Term Care Center, ensuring residents and their families continue to receive high-quality, compassionate care close to home.
