Kathleen DiVincenzo, MD

Dr. Kathleen DiVincenzo

Dr. Kathleen DiVincenzo brings more than three decades of dedicated service to Cody Regional Health and the Big Horn Basin community. A board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. DiVincenzo has practiced in Cody for over 35 years, earning deep respect for her clinical expertise, integrity, and leadership.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr DiVincenzo graduated from the University of Utah Medical School and completed her Internal Medicine Residency there as well.

Throughout her tenure at CRH, Dr. DiVincenzo has held numerous key leadership roles, including two terms as Chief of Staff, 11 years of service on the Medical Executive Committee (MEC), and 25 years as Credentials Chair. She has also served as Department of Medicine Chair for a decade and has led several pivotal initiatives as Chair of the Electronic Health Record Committee for seven years—most recently co-chairing the organization’s Epic EHR implementation. In addition, she has contributed to ethics consultations on an ad hoc basis, further reflecting her thoughtful and balanced approach to complex healthcare issues.

Her involvement in medical staff affairs has helped shape a culture of fairness, collaboration, and excellence. Dr. DiVincenzo is widely recognized for her ability to resolve conflicts and address physician behavior challenges with professionalism and impartiality.

Beyond the hospital walls, Dr. DiVincenzo is a committed community leader, serving on both the Cody Regional Health Foundation Board and the Cody Medical Foundation. She is passionate about strengthening the region’s healthcare landscape through compassionate leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to the patients and families CRH serves.

When she’s not at the hospital, Dr. DiVincenzo enjoys skiing all over the world, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family in the beautiful Wyoming landscape she calls home.
