Coby La Blue serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Cody Regional Health, bringing over 30 years of healthcare finance leadership experience to the organization. A seasoned and compassionate professional, Coby is deeply committed to improving healthcare delivery in rural and critical access settings.

Coby is no stranger to Cody Regional Health—she previously served as the organization’s Accounting Director/Controller from 2021 to 2023. Most recently, she held the position of CFO at Powell Valley Healthcare. Her return to Cody Regional Health marks a continued dedication to strengthening access, care coordination, and financial sustainability across the Big Horn Basin.

Throughout her extensive career, Coby has led financial operations for both large and small hospitals, multispecialty medical groups, and critical access facilities. Her expertise spans cost containment strategies, sustainable growth planning, and the implementation of efficient financial systems that support quality care.

Originally from Billings, Montana, Coby’s connection to the region runs deep—her mother was raised in Greybull, and Coby spent much of her childhood on her grandparents’ ranch in the Big Horn Basin. She brings not only professional expertise but a personal connection and heartfelt commitment to the communities she now serves.

Coby works closely with the executive leadership team, board members, and providers at Cody Regional Health to advance the organization's mission and vision, ensuring continued excellence in rural healthcare.
