Medical Oncology - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Are you a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider looking to make a meaningful impact in oncology care? Cody Regional Health is seeking a full-time Medical Oncology APP to join our dedicated team at the Big Horn Basin Cancer Center, serving patients across northwest Wyoming and beyond.
As part of our oncology team, you’ll work closely with a board-certified medical oncologist and an experienced care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered cancer treatment. This role includes conducting new patient evaluations, managing ongoing treatment plans, and supporting patients and families through all stages of their cancer journey.
With no required call, this position offers an excellent balance of professional fulfillment and personal time. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise and compassion will truly make a difference for patients facing some of life’s most difficult challenges.

Nocturnal Hospitalist - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

General Surgery - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Are you a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider looking to practice broad-scope surgery in a collaborative, patient-centered environment? Cody Regional Health is seeking a full-time General Surgery APP to join our growing surgical services team, serving patients across northwest Wyoming and the surrounding region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our board-certified general surgeons and experienced perioperative team to support high-quality surgical care from clinic to recovery. Responsibilities include pre- and post-operative patient evaluations, inpatient rounding, first-assist support as appropriate, care coordination, and patient education. You’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical experience.

Same-Day Care - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Cody Regional Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to provide same-day care for patients at our Basin Clinic in Basin, Wyoming, while maintaining broad clinical skills through scheduled rotations in our Walk-In Clinic and Emergency Department in Cody.
This unique position offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of acute outpatient medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. As the primary APP at our Basin Clinic, you will provide same-day care for patients with acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other urgent healthcare needs, helping ensure that high-quality healthcare remains accessible to the Big Horn Basin community.
To support continued professional growth and maintain a diverse clinical skillset, this position also includes regular rotations through Cody Regional Health's Walk-In Clinic and Emergency Department. You'll work alongside experienced emergency medicine providers, walk-in care clinicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Our Basin Clinic is equipped with on-site laboratory point of care testing services, and digital x-ray allowing you to evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute medical conditions.
