Health & Medical:

  • Employee Eligibility: You're in good hands! To enjoy our benefits, work a minimum of 30 hours per week. You'll be eligible starting on the first of the month following your hire date.
  • Medical: At Cody Regional Health, we've got your health covered with our comprehensive self-insured health plan. Choose between our traditional PPO (Silver) plan and an HDHP HSA (Bronze) plan, tailored to your needs.
  • Pharmacy: With our medical plan, prescription benefits come as a package deal. Opt for the PPO Silver plan, and you can get generic prescriptions at our CRH Coe Pharmacy with a zero-dollar co-pay. We've got brand name Formulary & Non-Formulary, as well as Specialty drugs covered too.
  • Dental: Show off your smile with our Dental Plan through MetLife, offered to all part-time and full-time employees. It includes preventative, basic & major services, and even orthodontic care.
  • Vision: Our vision coverage through MetLife has your eyesight covered! From eye exams to frames, lenses, and contact lenses, we've got you in focus.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts: Save some cash with our health care and dependent care spending accounts. Pay certain expenses with pre-tax dollars and watch your savings grow.
  • HSA Savings Accounts: If you're on the HDHP HSA Bronze Plan, we've got an HSA savings account waiting for you. Your financial health matters to us.
  • Voluntary Short Term & Long Term Disability: Life happens, and we've got you covered. Short-term and long-term disability plans are here to provide financial security when you need it most.
  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Plans: Protect your loved ones with our life insurance. You're covered if you're a full-time employee earning at least $15,000 annually.
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D: You can go the extra mile with additional life and AD&D coverage for yourself and your dependents. We've got options to fit your needs.
  • Aflac: Part-time & full-time employees working at least 60 hours per pay period can enroll in Aflac for extra peace of mind.
  • MASA Medical Transport: Emergencies happen, and we've got your back with MASA, providing emergency air and ground transport.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We're here to support you and your family through life's challenges. EAP offers six free visits per issue, addressing a wide range of concerns.


  • Retirement Plans: Secure your future with our Deferred Compensation 457 pension plan. We automatically enroll eligible employees at a 4% contribution rate, but you can customize your contributions.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Work-life balance is important! We provide paid time off benefits to all part-time and full-time employees. PTO starts accruing on your first day and becomes available for use after 90 days of employment.
  • Extended Illness Bank (EIB): We've got your back when life throws you a curveball. EIB provides compensation during extended illness, injury, or for caring for family as defined by FMLA.
