About Diana

Diana Foster is a seasoned therapist with over 25 years of experience in diverse clinical settings. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of providing counseling in various contexts, including community mental health centers, substance abuse facilities, inpatient mental health settings, private practice, and mental health clinics. Diana has also had the honor of working closely with military service members and their families, embedded with the LRS unit at Ellsworth Air Force Base and serving at the Airman Family Readiness Center and the Child Development Center at FE Warren Air Force Base.

She earned her BS from the University of Wyoming and her M.Ed from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. While Diana has used several different therapeutic modalities during her career, she is most comfortable with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology. She firmly believes that clients possess the capacity to acquire the skills and resolve the issues necessary for leading productive and healthy lives.

In her practice, Diana prioritizes setting measurable goals to track progress and determine the effectiveness of treatment. Her approach leans heavily on Solution-Focused therapy, which empowers clients to work collaboratively as a team to find solutions and achieve healing.

If individuals are ready to embark on the journey to better mental health, Diana would be honored to assist them.
