Cody Regional Health Behavioral Health invites you to a free 3-part community series designed to educate, support, and strengthen mental health awareness throughout the Big Horn Basin.

Whether you are a parent, caregiver, spouse, family member, educator, or someone personally navigating ADHD, these sessions are designed to provide practical tools, helpful resources, and real-life strategies to better understand ADHD across different stages of life.

Attend one session or join us for all three. Everyone is welcome.

What if your child isn’t misbehaving—but their brain is simply wired differently?

Children with ADHD may struggle with focus, emotional regulation, impulsivity, restlessness, or following instructions. They are often misunderstood as “lazy” or “defiant” when in reality they may simply need different support tools and strategies.

Common signs may include:
