Boost confidence and overall quality of life
Rock Steady Boxing has been proven in medical research to enhance motor function and provide a neuroprotective effect through forced/intense exercise. From stretching and pushups to boxing drills and biking, each class is tailored to challenge the body while offering encouragement and support.
