Looking for motivation to move more, train for a 5K, or simply enjoy time outdoors with others? Join Cody Regional Health’s free community training club this summer!

As part of our VitalPath wellness initiative, “Run Together, Thrive Together” is designed to support movement, mental wellness, and healthy community connections. Whether you prefer walking, jogging, or running, this group is open to all fitness levels — and open to the public, not just Cody Regional Health employees.

Participants are encouraged to join us whenever they can throughout the summer. Bring a friend, bring your dog, and hit the trails with us!

Training Schedule

Starting June 22

📍 Meet at the Scout Statue
🕠 Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

Training Dates:

  • June 22 & 24
  • June 29 & July 1
  • July 6 & 8
  • July 13 & 15
  • July 20 & 22
  • July 27 & 29
  • August 3 & 5

Goal: Tails & Trails 5K Race/Walk

The program will lead up to Cody Regional Health’s upcoming Tails & Trails 5K Race/Walk on Saturday, August 8.

More details are coming soon about this fun community event, and we can’t wait to share what we have planned!

Even if you can’t attend every group session, you can still follow along with the week-by-week training plan. By the end of week four, participants should feel ready to complete a 5K without stopping.
