Join our Childbirth Education Classes designed to help expectant parents feel informed, confident, and prepared for labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and caring for your newborn.

Throughout this three-class series, participants will learn about:
• The labor and delivery process
• Comfort techniques and pain management options
• Breathing and labor positions
• Cesarean birth education
• Postpartum recovery
• Breastfeeding and newborn care
• Infant CPR and safety
• Pediatric resources and more

Participants will also receive a tour of Women’s Health and have the opportunity to connect with our experienced nursing team and local resources available to growing families in our community.

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, these classes are a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, build confidence, and prepare for welcoming your little one.
