Cody Regional Health is proud to announce that its Home Health & Hospice team has once again achieved all four rings in the 2026 Quality Connections program, a national initiative led by the National Alliance for Care at Home. This marks the second consecutive year the organization has earned the program’s highest level of recognition.
In 2025, Cody Regional Health was the only agency in Wyoming to achieve all four rings—and notably, no agencies in Montana, Utah, North Dakota, or Colorado reached this level. Earning this distinction again in 2026 reinforces the organization’s leadership in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the Big Horn Basin.
The Quality Connections program focuses on continuous improvement through four key pillars: education, application, performance measurement, and innovation. Organizations that achieve all four rings demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing care, strengthening staff expertise, and improving outcomes for patients and families.
“Our team is deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care where patients feel most comfortable—at home,” said Elizabeth Poeverlein, Director of Home Health & Hospice at Cody Regional Health. “Achieving this recognition for the second year in a row reflects the dedication, skill, and heart our staff brings to every patient and family we serve.”
Cody Regional Health Home Health & Hospice provides a wide range of services, including post-hospital recovery support, chronic disease management, and end-of-life care. By delivering care in the home, patients are able to remain close to family, maintain independence, and experience greater comfort during treatment and recovery.
“We are incredibly proud to offer nationally recognized care right here in our community,” said Hannah McRae, CEO of Cody Regional Health. “Patients and families in the Big Horn Basin should never feel they need to leave the area to receive exceptional care. This achievement underscores our commitment to delivering that level of care—close to home.”
This recognition highlights Cody Regional Health’s ongoing commitment to excellence and reinforces its mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to the communities it serves.
