CRH Foundation Supports “Stop the Bleed” Training

CRH Foundation Supports “Stop the Bleed” Training

Cody Regional Health Foundation is proud to announce its support of lifesaving preparedness efforts in our community through the purchase of Stop the Bleed supplies.

This Foundation funded grant enables Cody Regional Health to expand the availability of Stop the Bleed training in the community. Supplies will be offered with community training to help individuals learn how to control bleeding injuries at the time of a serious accident.

This initiative is part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to enhance safety and wellness for patients, families, and neighbors across the Big Horn Basin.

The next Stop the Bleed community class is scheduled for October 9th at 2pm. To register for the class visit this link: https://www.codyregionalhealth.org/~/events-calendar/event-details/?event=49028

“Supporting the Stop the Bleed program means giving people the confidence and tools they need to respond in a crisis,” said Heather Stambaugh. “The Foundation is honored to help make this training available to our community.”

If you are interested in scheduling a class or have questions contact: Adam Shaeffer at ashaffer@codyregionalhealth.org or Josh Kirkman at jkirkman@codyregionalhealth.org.
