Cody Regional Health Behavioral Health Continues Free “Mental Health 101” Evening Series

Cody Regional Health Behavioral Health is continuing its free, three-part community education series, Mental Health 101, created to educate, support, and strengthen mental health awareness across the Big Horn Basin.
The first session, “The Basics,” was held on September 11 at the Cody Library and welcomed community members to learn about mental health fundamentals and break down stigma.
The series now continues with two upcoming sessions at the Cody Library – Grizzly Room from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM:
- October 9, 2025 – Suicide Awareness
Learn to identify risk factors, recognize warning signs, and connect with life-saving local and national resources. - November 13, 2025 – ADHD
Gain insight into Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including diagnosis, treatment options, and coping strategies for individuals and families.
“By offering this series, we hope to reduce stigma, provide education, and equip our community with tools to start meaningful conversations about mental health,” said Ashley Trudo, Cody Regional Health Marketing Director
Each event is free and open to the public. Attendees will walk away with resources and confidence to support themselves and others.
