Molly Quaranto, PA-C

About Molly

Molly, a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for patient-centered care to Cody Regional Health. From a small town in Colorado, Molly's journey into medicine began with a profound experience volunteering with her local fire department. Her dedication to helping others led her to pursue an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification while earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Driven by a desire to expand her impact in healthcare, Molly furthered her education, obtaining a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT. Prior to her PA studies, she honed her skills as an EMT in the emergency department of one of Denver’s busiest level one trauma centers. With four years of experience in urgent care and emergency medicine, Molly is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care to her patients.

Molly's commitment to excellence extends beyond her clinical practice. She is an active member of both the Wyoming Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Known for her compassionate approach, Molly takes pride in fostering open communication with her patients, ensuring they are fully informed about their health and treatment options.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Molly finds solace in the great outdoors. Whether gardening, skiing, hiking, fishing, or camping, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and her dog. Returning to a rural community holds a special place in Molly's heart, and she is eager to serve the residents of Cody and the Big Horn Basin with dedication and compassion.
