About Heidi

Heidi Mayton serves as Cody Regional Health’s Rehabilitation Director and is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. She is passionate about the variety and connection that come with rural healthcare, sharing that “every day is a little different—you never know what you’re going to see or do.”

Heidi specializes in lymphedema therapy and takes great pride in helping patients find relief from swelling and wounds so they can regain comfort and confidence. As Rehabilitation Director, she oversees care across the entire continuum—from inpatient and swing bed services to home health and outpatient therapy—ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and two children on their family property, which they share with llamas Bert and Ernie, six rabbits, nine chickens, three dogs, and a lively assortment of other animals. Her compassionate spirit and commitment to both people and animals make her an invaluable part of the Cody Regional Health team.
