About Heather
Heather Tucker has been providing occupational therapy services for over 13 years in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing, hospital-based care, home health, outpatient therapy, and schools. She earned her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2011 after completing her B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University.
Heather’s favorite part of her work is helping people regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. She finds fulfillment in guiding patients toward their goals through functional, hands-on treatment that focuses on real-world progress.
When she’s not at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, their two energetic children, and their golden retriever. She loves traveling, staying active, and embracing life’s adventures with her family.
