About Filip
Board-certified radiation oncologist Dr. Filip Troicki believes that exceptional cancer care combines leading-edge technology with genuine compassion. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to treating not only the disease, but also supporting patients and their families through every step of their cancer journey.
Dr. Troicki brings more than a decade of experience caring for patients with a wide range of cancers and has earned national recognition for his commitment to patient-centered care, multidisciplinary collaboration and clinical excellence. During his previous tenure, he consistently achieved outstanding patient satisfaction scores and was recognized with his organization's highest physician award for teamwork, communication and service.
His path to medicine is anything but traditional. Before attending medical school, Dr. Troicki owned a healthcare marketing firm in New York City. Although successful in business, he felt called to make a more personal impact in people's lives and made the life-changing decision to pursue medicine. That unique journey continues to shape the way he communicates with patients, taking time to educate, answer questions, and ensure every person feels heard, respected, and supported.
Originally from Poland, Dr. Troicki later lived on the East Coast before settling in Wisconsin following his residency training. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and completed his radiation oncology residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Troicki and his wife are excited to make Cody home with their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys tackling home renovation projects, spending time on his John Deere tractor, skiing during the winter, and hiking and biking with his family throughout the summer.
He is especially drawn to the Big Horn Basin for its strong sense of community and the opportunity to help expand access to high-quality cancer care close to home. His philosophy is simple: every patient deserves compassionate, individualized care, and every member of the cancer team plays an essential role in achieving the best possible outcomes.
