About Faith
Faith Friend joined Cody Regional Health in February and serves patients across multiple settings, including Acute Care, Home Health, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient Therapy. Her versatile role allows her to support individuals at every stage of their recovery, helping them regain independence and confidence in daily life.
Born and raised in Pinedale, Wyoming, Faith earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and her master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah.
Outside of work, Faith loves spending time outdoors—hiking and backpacking through the Wind River Range in summer, cross-country skiing in winter, and fishing or exploring new places with her fiancé.
