About Eboni
Eboni Jackson serves as a Peer Support Specialist at Cody Regional Health, helping individuals find support, navigate resources, and take the next step when they may not know where to turn.
For Eboni, this work is deeply personal. As someone with lived experience in recovery related to both mental health and substance use, she understands how important it can be to have someone beside you who will listen without judgment, understand where you are coming from and help you find a way forward.
Eboni helps connect individuals with resources throughout the community, including assistance related to food, housing, medical needs and other services. Whether someone needs help finding a specific resource or simply needs a safe person to talk to, Eboni wants people to know they do not have to figure everything out on their own.
“I think if everybody had one more safe person they could reach out to and talk to, everybody would be better off.”
That belief is at the heart of why Eboni chose this work. She has a genuine passion for people and loves being able to help others feel heard, supported and connected.
Outside of work, Eboni enjoys running, longboarding, roller skating, camping and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys painting, music and spending time with her dogs.
If you need support or aren't sure where to begin, Eboni is here to help you find your next step.
