Our comprehensive prenatal classes include:
- Information on the discomforts and warning signs during your pregnancy
- How to understand the labor process
- Information on pain management in labor
- A variety of comfort techniques and breathing exercises to get you through your pregnancy and labor
- What to expect after your baby has arrived - from postpartum education and breastfeeding support to healthy newborns, newborn care, and Infant CPR and safety
- A tour of our beautiful facility
Partners and support people are always welcome and refreshments are provided.
Please note: this is a 5-week series starting January 9, 2018 and all classes are held on Tuesday nights. The class dates for this series are below:
