West Park Hospital's 3rd Annual Pack the Park

Cody, Wyo.(June 22, 2017) –West Park Hospital will be hosting their 3rd annual Pack the Park Event on Tuesday, June 11, 2017 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. to encourage people from around Park County to learn and become energized about the different types of exercise techniques offered in our area to assist with overall health.

Pack the Park will feature four different exercise techniques this year including Yoga with Laura Vanderberg, exercise dance with the Cody Rec Center, Cardio Boxing with Adam Servantes and Kundalini Meditation with Shauna Roberts.

This is a time for families and friends to come and enjoy health snacks, exercise and health education. There is not cost for the event and its West Park Hospital’s goal to make being healthy fun!
