Phase 1A & 1B Vaccine Day

Cody Regional Health received word Park County Public Health will be offering a community vaccine day on Thursday, February 11, 2021, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Cody Auditorium located at 1240 Beck Avenue, Cody, WY 82414.
Please work through the following steps to see if you qualify for this first community vaccine day:
Step 1 - Figure out which phase you are in:
Phase 1A & 1B – These are the phases Park County Health is currently vaccinating. Phase 1B has officially been updated to include 65 and older, but please know in Park County they will be continuing to focus on those 70 and older and will announce when clinics are open for those 65 and older.
If you are 65-69 years old and do not fall into the 1A/1B group for any other reason, please do not sign up for a clinic at this time, instead, call 1-800-438-5795 to pre-register.

Step 2 - Choose a clinic to sign up for:

How to Cancel a clinic appointment:
If you need to cancel your clinic, please do so BEFORE the deadline to sign up date/time for that clinic. Otherwise, you will be counted. To cancel your appointment simply fill out this form:
